Christin Berg is a filmmaker and visual artist. Her work includes scenography and installations. She explores the relationships between the medium of film and the staging of the theater in the form of visual dialogues and narration. In her work, she combines conceptual approaches and research in the form of script as well as improvisation that relies on imagination and discovery. For the past years her work has centred around ephemeral aspects in film, movement in cinematic spaces as well as research into gendered codings of space. She explores aesthetics and social aspects of private as well as public spaces.

She is part of Heide Studio - a Berlin based collective.
